    We strive to process and ship every order within 48 business hours. The estimated delivery time is:
  • Metro & Tier 1 cities: 3-4 business days
  • Tier 2 & 3 cities & rural areas: 5-7 business days

For international orders, delivery takes 7-15 business days depending on the destination country.

  1. What should I do if I receive a tampered or damaged package?
    If your package appears tampered with or damaged, please do not accept it and contact our customer support immediately at hello.airafashion@gmail.com. If you’ve already accepted the delivery, share the details and images of the damaged product so we can assist you promptly.

  1. How can I return a product?
    If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you can raise a return or exchange request by emailing us at hello.airafashion@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Our customer support team will assist you within 48 hours to guide you through the process.
  2. How long does it take to receive my refund?
    Refunds will be processed after the product passes a quality check by our team. Once approved, the refund will be initiated within 48 hours, and it may take 3-5 working days to reflect in your account. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via NEFT within 5-7 working days.
  3. Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we ship orders worldwide! For international orders, shipping timelines range from 7-15 business days, depending on your location.
  4. What is your cancellation policy?
    If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at hello.airafashion@gmail.com within one day of placing your order. Once your order is cancelled before shipping, any prepaid amount will be refunded within 2-5 business days. Please note that cancellation is no longer possible once an order is shipped.

Product- Specific

  1. Are all your products unstitched?
    Yes, currently all our products are unstitched. Our sarees come with unstitched blouse pieces, and our salwar suits are unstitched as well. This allows you to tailor them to your exact fit and preference.
  2. Are the colours of the products shown on the website accurate?
    We aim to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, due to different screen resolutions and settings, the colours may slightly vary.
  3. Will the colours of the products fade over time?
    Our products are made from high-quality materials to ensure durability. However, as with most fabrics, gentle care such as dry cleaning or hand washing in cold water is recommended to maintain colour vibrancy over time.

  4. Do your sarees come with fall and edging (Pico)?

No, our sarees do not come with fall and edging pre-stitched. You can get it stitched locally according to your preferences.

  1. How do I care for my saree/salwar suit?
    The care instructions vary depending on the fabric. General instructions include:
  • Silk: Dry clean only
  • Cotton: Gentle machine wash or hand wash in cold water
  • Chiffon/Georgette: Hand wash in cold water
