- After verification by our team, you will have two options:
- Replacement: We will send a new product of the same value at no additional cost.
- Refund: You will receive a full refund credited to your original payment method.
General Returns
We only accept returns for damaged or defective products. Once approved by our team, refunds will be processed within 48 hours, and the amount will be reflected in your account within 3-5 working days.
