Products must be unused and unwashed, and all original tags must be intact. Exchanges are possible, or a full refund will be credited to your account once the product passes our quality check. -
How many times am I eligible for an exchange?
We offer a one-time exchange policy. Once an exchange is processed, the item is no longer eligible for further exchanges. -
Will your logistics team pick up my return order?
Yes, we provide a pick-up facility for returnable items in locations serviceable by our logistics partners. For areas where pick-up is unavailable, you can self-ship the item and we will reimburse the courier charges. -
How long does it take for me to receive the refund for my returned product?
Once your returned product clears our quality check, we will initiate the refund within 48 hours. Depending on your bank, the amount will be reflected in your account within 2-5 business days.

- Replacement: We will send a new product of the same value at no additional cost.
- Refund: You will receive a full refund credited to your original payment method.
General Returns
